What we do

Endless was founded to provide investment and other non-financial support to businesses facing challenge. The current economic climate and issues in the credit markets has created uncertainty for most businesses, both in terms of the market conditions they face and their access to funding. Having recently raised our second fund we now have £164 million of committed capital to invest and with a wealth of experience of investing in turnaround and restructuring situations we may well be the ideal partner to help your business.

Our broad investment criteria are as follows:

• We can invest between £1 million and £25 million of our own capital in a transaction
• We are focused on UK headquartered businesses with turnover of between £10 million and £250 million
• We are not sector specific

We are one of the few private equity investors that truly understand the opportunity provided by business turnaround situations. We have significant experience delivering value from business turnaround and we have quickly established a reputation as an investor at the forefront of the rescue culture.

Funding
At a time when banks and other investors are facing liquidity issues we have access to a committed fund of £164 million to invest and we have the appetite and ability to acquire businesses despite current market conditions.

Speed of Transaction
Our ability to act quickly is unrivalled. Where necessary, funding can be in place within days of an introduction to an investment opportunity. Our independence and flexibility also allow us to take investment decisions much more quickly than other financial institutions that often have lengthy credit approval processes.

Portfolio Management
For Endless completing the transaction is the beginning, not the end of the value creation process. We work closely with our portfolio companies and management teams to enhance shareholder value. This involves playing an active role in our portfolio, bringing experience and knowledge to our boards through our own team and our extensive network of directors.
