About us

Endless is an independent private equity house.

We were established in December 2005 with an initial fund of £135million and in February 2008 we closed our second fund with total commitments of £164million from a number of hand-picked institutional investors from across the United States and Europe.

Our focus is on acquisitions and equity investments in Special Situations which include turnaround situations, financial restructurings, the acquisition of non-core businesses and management buy-outs.

We have a team of 17 professionals and 5 support staff based in the UK who operate from offices in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, and London. The team has significant experience across a range of backgrounds including, private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, banking and property. In addition we have a network of sector experts, directors and interim managers we can call on to provide strategic input and management support to our portfolio companies.

Since our formation we have demonstrated an impressive track record and have successfully positioned ourselves as one of the leading investors in Special Situations in the UK. We are also one of the most active investors in the UK completing over 30 transactions and investing over £170 million in businesses across the UK in the last 3 years.
